Worship & the Arts AssistantVocal Ministries
The vocal ministries at Parkview offer opportunities for quality vocalists who want to give their time and talents to serve God and the Church. Serving opportunities include solos, ensembles, Vocal Team rotation, and participation in special productions.
Instrumental Ministries
The instrumental ministry at Parkview consists of quality musicians who use their gifts to serve God through music.
This ministry consists of rhythm sections (piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and percussion) and orchestras (brass, winds and strings). If you play any of these instruments and want to serve our church, this is for you. We have a large group of musicians that rotate weekly in our services. All styles are welcome to audition as there are many opportunities to serve within our church.
Tech Ministries
Whether you have no experience or plenty, there's a place for you in Tech. With jobs ranging from sound reinforcement to video editing, you can learn a new skill and serve God at the same time!
Parkview Church is all about the mission of seeing people enjoy a life changing relationship with Jesus.
In the Arts Ministry it is our passion to use all forms of artistic and technological media to support this mission.
All throughout the Bible God models His passion for communicating His glory through creative means. Whether it be in the creation story of Genesis 1-2, the craftsmanship of Bezalel in Exodus 36, the poetic verse and music of the Psalms, the parables of the Gospels, or the symbolic imagery of Revelation, God loves to use creativity and art to communicate His story of redemption.
Our prayer for you is that as you worship with us in the context of our weekend services, that you will experience God in a way that magnifies His saving work in our lives. The Christian faith is a singing faith with a rich heritage; because of this it is our goal to worship God in modern and ancient forms that are all relevant and engaging to today's culture.
