Community Groups
A Key to Caring, A Foundation for Growth
At Parkview, we've discovered people want meaningful relationships and spiritual growth. That's why we seek to create an atmosphere of community, where people feel connected to others. Community Groups are friends committed to:
- Growing in Christ-likeness
- Caring for one another
- Serving the Body of Christ
- Sharing the message of Christ with others

What kind of groups are there?
Men's or Women's Groups
A small group of men or women who meet regularly for support, Bible study, prayer and outreach. Many of these groups are formed from connections you make as you attend men's or women's ministry functions. Get involved in a men's or women's ministry and let the leadership know you wish to get involved in a community group.
Home Groups
Small groups for men and women that meet for prayer, support, caring, and study of the Bible. Many groups have found that they enjoy sermon-based questions based on the Sunday message.
Support Groups
Throughout the school year we offer Divorce Care and Senior Care (adults caring for parents). Other groups may be offered based on need including Cancer Care and Grief Share.
Middle-Sized Groups
These are larger groups (20-40) that meet on Sunday morning. They are also known as "Adult Bible Fellowships" (ABFs). You can learn more about these groups here.
