Online giving questions.

IS IT SECURE?

Yes. Your information is fully secure within special servers, both physically and digitally.

WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING THE USE OF CREDIT CARDS?

The program we use at Parkview Church Community Builder permits online giving via your bank account or credit cards and does not allow us to choose between one or the other. We prefer that you give via your bank account and not your credit card, unless you are able to pay it off each month. We do not want to contribute to God’s people going into debt. But, if you intend to pay off your balance each month we believe that is an issue of conscience between you, God, and your frequent flier miles.

IS ONLINE GIVING BIBLICAL?

Some may protest that in the Bible God’s people never used the internet to tithe, which is true. They also did not use checks or get a tax write off like we do. Nonetheless, the principle is that God’s people should give and the methods vary from culture to culture.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY GIVING RECORDS?

Yes. After signing up, you can see a report showing your giving by year (data will be shown from Jan. 2007 on).

CAN I CHANGE MY CONTRIBUTION ONCE I'VE SET IT UP?

You can change, delete, add to or edit your contributions at any time.
